" Job Description& Summary We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with 2–4 years of experience in building scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS Cloud services.

The candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, hands-on development exposure, and mandatory AI-led development experience using modern AI coding tools. Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend applications and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Participate in SDLC activities including development, unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and production support. Build and support cloud-native solutions using AWS services such as CloudWatch, CloudTrail, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, Lambda, and CloudFormation.

Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product Owners, and Architects to ensure smooth delivery and deployment. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot incidents, and follow security best practices including IAM roles and policies. Create and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and operational guides.

Mandatory Skill Sets 2–4 years of hands-on Java development experience with strong Spring Boot knowledge. Experience with Microservices architecture and REST API development. Good understanding of AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.

Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodology, debugging, and problem solving. Must have AI-led development experience using any AI coding/development tool such as MHCP/Microsoft Copilot, GHCP/GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude AI, Amazon Q Developer, or equivalent.

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following AWS services: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation. Preferred Skill Sets Experience: 2–4 years in Java backend development. Technical fit: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, AWS, Git/CI-CD.

AI-led development: Hands-on usage of MHCP, GHCP, Cursor AI, Claude AI, Amazon Q, or equivalent is mandatory. Hands-on experience with one or more of the following AWS services: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation.
