Position Summary The Senior Manager, Planning & Resource Management plays an important role in supporting clarity, structure, and execution excellence across the marketing organization.

This role contributes to planning and resource management processes that help teams translate priorities into well‑structured work, while ensuring leaders have clear visibility into progress, priorities, and impact. This individual is both highly hands‑on and analytically oriented—supporting day‑to‑day planning mechanisms and project management tools (notably Asana) while applying a strategic lens to connect work to goals, improve execution discipline, and inform decision‑making.

This role works closely with and in support of the Lead Director to advance these efforts. Process & Operating Model Execution Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of planning and resource management processes that enable consistent, on‑time delivery of work.

Help establish and reinforce team‑wide norms, workflows, and governance practices that translate strategy into executable project plans. Develop repeatable templates, frameworks, and schedules that promote scalability and consistency across teams.

Partner with portfolio and functional leaders to help sequence work, manage capacity, and surface risks or dependencies. Ensure work is clearly prioritized, tracked, and visible across the organization. Asana Ownership & Enablement Serve as the primary owner and subject‑matter expert for Asana within the organization.

Translate planning processes into intuitive Asana workflows, portfolios, automations, and reporting structures. Leverage Asana Goals and reporting to connect projects and tasks to broader team and portfolio objectives. Train, coach, and support teams to drive strong adoption, consistency, and effective usage of project management tools.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve visibility, efficiency, and measurement through tools and reporting enhancements. Reporting & Leadership Enablement Translate complex, cross‑functional work into clear, concise leadership‑ready materials, including status reports, dashboards, roadmaps, and planning summaries.

Contribute to executive‑level insights by synthesizing project data, progress, and risks in partnership with the Lead Director. Collaborate with leaders across the marketing organization to ensure reporting aligns with business priorities and supports effective decision‑making.

Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, planning, program management, or a related field. Advanced proficiency with project management tools Proven ability to support the design, implementation, and sustainment of operational processes and governance models.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills in complex, fast‑paced environments. Ability to apply strategic thinking to connect execution details to business goals. Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and collaborating across teams and leadership levels.

Preferred Qualifications Proficiency and demonstrated expertise with Asana strongly preferred. Experience in B2B space Education Bachelor degree Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
