Join us! Job Description: The associate at this level is a qualified, seasoned sales officer responsible for providing customized equipment leasing and structured financing solutions to Bank of America corporate clients. Typical transaction size ranges from $5,000,000 up to $250,000,000.

The associate is responsible for enhancing client and industry relationships, generating opportunities and tailoring superior client solutions. The associate will possess proven client relationship skills, extensive product knowledge, a strong work and travel ethic, and strong execution and multi-tasking skills.

Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified 10+ years in a direct sales/origination’s role in equipment leasing/structured finance. Customer/Client Relationship Management Customer/Client Industry Knowledge Strong analytical and financial analysis skills In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, to include GAAP and tax accounting Proven ability for client prospecting and territory development Proven ability to assess customer/client needs Proven negotiation skills Project management skills Effective presentation skills Strong communication skills Proficiency with MS Office software applications Exhibit Teamwork Travel 50% Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
