Job Description
We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead high-impact improvement initiatives that drive business performance, operational excellence, and innovation across our organisation. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with senior leaders to solve complex business challenges, influence meaningful change, and help build a culture of continuous improvement that supports the ongoing growth of TJX Australia.
Key responsibilities include: Lead end-to-end Continuous Improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. Coach stakeholders in structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies, including A3 Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, and DMAIC.
Facilitate process improvement workshops to identify root causes, optimise processes, and unlock efficiency opportunities. Use data and analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and develop practical business solutions. Track project benefits and ensure sustainable improvements are embedded within the business.
Support automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational performance. Build continuous improvement capability through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. Partner with business leaders to foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring Proven experience leading Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Transformation projects Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred, or equivalent experience leading complex improvement programs. Strong project management, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills Exceptional analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Experience using data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar platforms Exposure to Agile ways of working and knowledge of Jira, RPA, AI, or process automation tools would be advantageous Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive practical business outcomes.
