• This role reports to the Director, HR Business Partner and your efforts will be key to our business objectives and long-term success for clients in Disney Entertainment Television and The Walt Disney Company!

• Labor Relations Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience working with unionized employees, particularly in the entertainment industry, with a strong understanding of union contracts and collective bargaining agreements.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize and effectively present complex data to develop innovative solutions Possess consultancy, influencing
• problem-solving skills while collaborating effectively with senior executives Excellent computer skills including experience with Windows, Co-Pilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $139,200.00 to $170,000.00 per year.
• The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
