About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Market Representative to join our sourcing team. This role requires market knowledge, vendor engagement, and the ability to align sourcing strategies with the company’s buying vision. Key Responsibilities Results-driven sourcing : Exhibit strong commitment and motivation to deliver outcomes by aligning sourcing strategies with the buying vision and adapting to evolving market conditions.

Order monitoring : Track orders from placement with vendors through sample distribution, final quality inspection, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Effective communication : Initiate and streamline timely communication with stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary.

Vendor Management: Skilled in identifying the right partners, overseeing production processes, and evaluating supplier performance to ensure reliable sourcing and business-focused decision-making. Buyer trip coordination : Organize and coordinate buyer trips to factories or manufacturers to strengthen vendor relationships and ensure sourcing alignment.

Negotiation : Collaborate with buyers to negotiate the best possible prices for merchandise. Job Requirements: Minimum Formal education: Graduate Degree Strong product knowledge of Hard Home . Good Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, problem solving, negotiation and time management skills.

Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience of which at least 2-3 years’ experience in buying office, agent, or well-known retailer catering to U.S. Market. Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation and time management skills.
