Your Impact: You will lead the evolution of Cisco’s M&A integration practice, transformation, digital products, and process enablement, improving how we integrate today while reinventing it for tomorrow.
You will own the AI agenda end to end: embedding AI to sharpen today’s execution while reimagining integration itself through adaptive plans, AI-enabled decisions, and self-adjusting execution. You will own the full capability lifecycle from methodology to digital products (AI agents, dashboards) to adoption Build a team run as an internal product organization across Transformation, Digital Product Ownership, and Process Enablement, connected by a continuous-learning loop.
Partnering across Corporate Development, M&A functions, Finance, and IT, you will keep the practice on the forefront and deliver measurable gains in integration speed, cost, and alignment. You will lead with bold, AI-driven innovation and operational rigor and build durable, high-performing teams.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree and 14+ years of combined experience in M&A integration, business transformation, and/or process and operations leadership or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience leading or delivering complex, cross-functional M&A integrations end to end on multiple deals.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale process improvement or transformation across multiple functions in a global organization. Proven experience applying AI, automation, and emerging technologies to solve business problems and deliver measurable value.
Experience partnering across businesses, IT and Engineering to design and deliver tools, capabilities, and metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
- Deep M&A integration domain expertise across the full deal lifecycle diligence and planning through full integration.
- Experience setting an AI strategy and deploying AI/GenAI, agents, and automation in an enterprise operations or M&A context.
- Experience owning enterprise or internal digital products roadmap, prioritization, and adoption — ideally AI-enabled.
- Process design and improvement expertise (Lean/Agile), including process mining, KPIs, and operational analytics.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements IT/Engineering can build, and to instrument products for usage and impact.
- Executive presence: strong facilitation, written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence senior partners without authority.
- Deep understanding and experience with the Cisco’s product ecosystem.
- Strategic and systems thinking paired with intense execution rigor; comfortable designing in an Agile fashion and building the plan while accomplishing it.
- Composure in complex, ambiguous, high-stakes situations, with a continuous-improvement and growth mindset.
- Controls and compliance awareness, with the ability to embed controls into processes and work effectively with auditors.
- Track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams.

- Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan.
- For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows: .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota
- 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%
- 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%
- and Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
- For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target.
- Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
