We are seeking a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Support Services to join our Clinical Development Supply Logistics (CDSL) team, supporting our global clinical portfolio in an onsite role based in Warren, NJ.

In this role, you will serve as the SME on investigational product management and pharmacy operations, guiding best practices for IP handling, preparation, and administration while ensuring safe, compliant trial execution at global sites. You'll collaborate closely with Formulation Development Group (FDG), Clinical Operations, and CDSL leadership to shape strategy and improve processes.

When & where: Location: Warren, NJ Work model/flexibility: Onsite Discover your role: Act as the primary SME on investigational product preparation, administration, blinding, and pharmacy-related ancillary supplies Shape pharmacy manuals, clinical study documents, and training materials supporting biologics and gene therapy programs Partner with Clinical Operations, CROs, and site pharmacy teams to ensure IP readiness and compliant preparation workflows Lead or contribute to Kick-Off Meetings, Site Initiation Visits, Investigator Meetings, and IP-focused training for global teams Support resolution of IP-related deviations to maintain protocol integrity and patient safety Guide quality assurance and risk mitigation strategies related to investigational product Identify opportunities to enhance processes and elevate the site experience through data-driven improvements Create training modules and mentor colleagues, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and collaboration This role might be for you if you: Bring hands-on expertise in sterile product preparation and infusion-based drug administration Have worked with biologics, ideally with cell and gene therapy exposure Understand clinical supply chains and the operational realities of trial execution Communicate clearly and confidently, with strong documentation and presentation skills Manage complex, cross-functional projects and know how to influence without direct authority Approach challenges with adaptability, critical thinking, and a continuous-improvement mindset Bring strong analytical and problem-solving instincts to ambiguous situations This role requires: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or nursing with 8+ years of experience in hospital pharmacy, clinical research, or pharma/biotech (or a PharmD with 6+ years of relevant experience) Strong understanding of clinical supply chains and clinical trial execution Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and federal/international regulatory standards Nice to haves: Cell and gene therapy experience Familiarity with PCAB, FDA, USP <795>/<797>, NABP/VPP, and EU CTR guidelines Does this sound like you?
