In This Role, You Will

  • Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature Receive, log, batch
  • distribute work File, photocopy
  • answer phones Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles Work under close supervision following established procedures Required Qualifications: 6+ months of operations support experience
  • equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Lockbox experience 10-key numerical data entry experience Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs Experience interacting positively within a team environment Ability to work effectively in a team environment Job Expectations: Location: 2005 Market St PHILADELPHIA, PA 19103 Schedule: Monday-Friday 1:00pm-11:30pm Posting End Date: 19 Jul 2026 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
