We are hiring a Senior Client Experience Event Program Manager to drive the client experience strategy for State Street Investment Management’s institutional business reporting to the Head of Client Experience, you will be responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive event strategy that strengthens client relationships, increases brand awareness, and delivers measurable outcomes tied to business objectives.
You should possess knowledge of the institutional business, strong event experience and proven experience, building a client experience event strategy in a highly competitive market. You will help deepen SSIM’s client relationships to give our clients the best chance for investment success
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for developing the Institutional client experience event roadmap, setting strategic direction and overseeing the execution of all initiatives relating to the Institutional client experience Act as a subject matter expert in client event strategy, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging our unique abilities and resources, to ensure State Street remains a leader in client engagement Navigate complex organizational situations to build a common understanding and align on the path to improve the end-to-end client experience and outcomes Bring a One State Street view to industry conferences, client events
- partnering with Marketing, Communications, and Distribution to align client event strategy with broader brand and distribution goals Manage a complex annual budget to support the client experience event strategy Continuously measure and evaluate the effectiveness of client experience programs and work with the business to identify areas of opportunity and improvement Deliver risk excellence and comply with the sales supervision culture that demonstrates and promotes the highest ethical standards Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of financial services event marketing experience Demonstrated track record of successfully navigating complex organizations and marshalling resources to complete strategic initiatives Ability to juggle, prioritize and balance goals, projects and personalities Demonstrated ability to confidently interact with and influence stakeholders Strategic and forward-looking mindset.
- Ability to identify key trends and advise how the business can enhance its client experience strategy Ability to use data and metrics to set and drive strategic objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and sales presentation skills Strong budget oversight and optimization Fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word
- Excel Willing to travel for client experience programs (10% - 15%) Salary Range: $110,000 - $188,750 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
