Ensures the effective implementation of the Scrum framework, creating a conducive environment for the team's success, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
Responsibilities
- Coach Scrum teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, fostering self-organization, continuous learning
- a strong Agile mindset across the organization Monitor team performance by interpreting Agile metrics and reporting frameworks, delivering insights on productivity, velocity, quality
- overall progress Design and implement tools and processes to evaluate Scrum adoption, drive continuous improvement
- enhance team effectiveness Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments
- serve as a liaison between teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment Develop and manage communication, documentation
- knowledge-sharing strategies (e.g., wikis, tools) while incorporating stakeholder feedback into process improvements Required Qualifications 7+ years of scrum master or project management experience Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and sound decision-making Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute within a team environment Strong growth mindset, with a focus on agility and continuous development of self and others Ability to execute and deliver results, including effective planning, implementation
- ongoing support Preferred Qualifications Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Experience with AI related projects Master's Degree Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering
- equivalent practical experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $236,900.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
- The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
- This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
- This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
