Establish and promote best practices in modeling , experimentation, and analytical rigor. Convert real-world healthcare challenges into scalable data science solutions. Collaborate with global stakeholders to influence product and business strategy.

Mentor and enhance the technical capabilities of the data science team. Keep up to date with the latest advances in ML and healthcare analytics. Who We Are Looking For: * Mandatory skill sets 8+ years of experience in data science or a related quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics).

Solid grounding in statistical modeling , machine learning, and complex problem-solving techniques. Proven experience handling large, high-dimensional datasets and delivering clear, actionable insights. Expertise with modern ML methods, including: Transformers (e.g., NLP and representation learning) Deep learning frameworks and architectures Graph-based machine learning (such as Graph Neural Networks) Familiarity with causal inference and decision-focused modeling is a plus.

Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems and pursuing impactful outcomes independently. Excellent collaboration and communication skills for engaging with a range of stakeholders. Experience deploying models into production environments.
