Job Summary The Senior Manager, Programmatic Operations is responsible for leading the programmatic operations ecosystem across Comcast Advertising. This role defines strategy, governance, and operating standards to ensure scalable, efficient, and high-quality programmatic execution.

The Senior Manager partners cross-functionally to optimize performance, drive automation, bring new opportunities to market, and evolve operating models. This role requires strong cross functional collaboration, clear communication, and the ability to structure, deploy, and measure improvements in fast changing environments.

Job Description Responsibilities: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage daily operations, troubleshoot issues on advertising platforms, and test product enhancements Leading a team of ad platform specialists, ensuring effective management across various delivery systems and proactive communication with external partners Analyzing operational metrics for reporting to leadership, identifying areas of opportunity, and optimizing team workload Maintaining accuracy in advertising execution and enforcing workflow processes for smooth operations Continuous education on programmatic standards and practices within the greater industry Mastering end-to-end programmatic processes to support evolving client needs and industry standards Recruiting and training new analysts to support the growth and scalability of operations Educating stakeholders on advertising platform management and execution expectations Creating process enhancements to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Adhering to service level agreements and contributing to the development of operational strategies Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
