Senior Content Analyst Entity Content maintains a central database that connects and unlocks the true value of our content across our products and internal services. We are the starting point for all organization information. The data we provide helps our customers run their business successfully and in accordance with the law and regulations of the markets they operate in.
We provide Entity data and Qualified financial content as services to the Industry. Roles & Responsibilities Provide domain expertise, skills and specific knowledge within data/content to build and maintain the content covered by Entity Content Business summary and Industrial classification.
Suggest internal and external stakeholders on Service and Quality Improvement plans. Set guidelines on various content related aspects considering markets and customers requirement. In depth Analysis to be done on queries, identify root cause and drive action plans to improve the Quality thereby improve the overall MTTR and customer experience.
Periodic/ongoing maintenance/review of content sources for efficacy and applicability Act as a Back up for Team Leader & should be a main contact for Team. Facilitate problem solving on data & product issues, including database infrastructure and maintain procedures.
Represent content groups & asset classes in projects or discussions with internal & external collaborators. Clearly explain data flow, maintenance processes end to end, and impact of quality/technical issues on mid /end-users Ensure documentation on workflows, MOWs, product flows & practices is up to date and consistent.
Ensure client requirements are taken into account, and help production teams to achieve desired results. Design, plan and conduct training modules for Analysts, work with trainers & specialists. Required Skills and Experience: Understanding of the Entity Content processes and procedures specifically textual components like Business summary and Industrial classification.
Sound experience of work prioritization (re-prioritization), project management and problem-solving Ability to work well under pressure, independently, as well as within a team environment. Building strong process knowledge and manage quality data.
Proven analytic, critical thinking and problem solving skills, innovation and taking initiative in continuous process improvements Attention to details with 100% accuracy. Should be flexible enough to work in different shifts & Hybrid model of 3 days in Office & 2 days working from Home.
