  • As a Senior Risk Analyst on the AWS Sustainability Controllership Team, you will support the design, execution

Key job responsibilities - Designing and executing process-level and data-level controls across key sustainability metrics, including Carbon, Waste, Water, Community
  • Workplace Health & Safety. - Supporting data reconciliation, consistency checks
  • substantiation processes for metrics included in Amazon's annual Sustainability Report and regulatory filings. - Partnering with Sustainability Tech, FinTech
  • Business teams to onboard applications and datasets to GRC platforms. - Contributing to the development of scalable reporting tools, including controls and data quality dashboards, to improve efficiency and transparency across the program. - Supporting compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other global disclosure requirements. - Participating in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews and cross-functional Meetings, providing clear and concise updates on workstream status and risk posture.
  • 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention
  • equivalent experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field - Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives - Experience with regulatory filings and reports or equivalent - Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
  • 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience - Professional auditing qualification
