Key job responsibilities - Own the product vision and roadmap for post-purchase subscription management, translating customer insights and business priorities into a clear, sequenced strategy across a 1–3 year horizon. - Lead cross-functional alignment across 35+ digital client teams, UX, engineering
  • legal to deliver standardized capabilities while enabling thoughtful customization where it creates clear customer value. - Experiment and test hypotheses using data-driven outcomes, designing and executing weblabs and A/B experiments to validate product decisions, measure customer impact

  • Bachelor's degree - 10+ years of end to end product delivery experience - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience technical product management
