This leader must have strong communication skills, analytical capabilities, AI proficiency, an in-depth understanding of the marketing mix, a solid understanding of lead management processes

  • 15+ yearsof experience in a high-tech B2B marketing role with significant partner marketing expertise
  • Experience in strategic partner marketing management and market analysis with demonstrated ability to build and execute a global partner marketing strategy
  • Track record of building and scaling high-performing partner marketing organizations across multiple geographies
  • Deep understanding of channel partner ecosystems, partner program models, and joint go-to-market motions
  • Strong technical background with ability to translate complex cloud technology concepts for partner audiences
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to work cross functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders, and thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Metrics/ROI focused with proven ability to generate leads, track to closed loop, and consistently optimize performance
  • Solid understanding of the marketing mix and how to build and deliver integrated marketing campaigns with and through partners at global scale

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
