- Own the agent integration product end-to-end — define the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for how third-party and customer-built agents work with Amazon Quick.
- Drive data-informed product decisions through funnel instrumentation, experimentation
- cohort analysis. Prioritize complex deliverables across engineering, design
- science teams while managing technical trade-offs.
- Define the interoperability layer — protocols, APIs, and developer primitives (MCP, A2A) — that enable agents to share context and orchestrate work across application boundaries.
- Build the agent marketplace and discovery experience, including trust models, curation, and distribution mechanics that drive partner adoption and compound Quick's value.
- Own cross-agent orchestration — how Quick routes tasks across first-party and third-party agents, handles context handoff, and delivers coherent multi-agent experiences.
- Drive the ISV partner pipeline from identification through production integration, ensuring partners succeed technically and commercially.
- Scale third-party agent integrations to meet organizational goals. Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, BD, Legal, and GTM teams to bring these capabilities to market.
- 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience - 5+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience - 3+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience - 5+ years of full product life cycle experience - 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience - 5+ years of creating written docs for development of new products experience - 5+ years of enterprise security product experience - 5+ years of product management in the cloud computing technology space experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance
- economics - Experience in taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market - Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
