This is your opportunity to work on products that are making history! Key job responsibilities - Define user needs through direct customer engagement including user research sessions, beta feedback programs

- competitive dynamics in Canada across English and French locales, including emerging AI/ML capabilities and their implications for product strategy. - Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application. - Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and lead cross-functional teams to execute on priority initiatives, writing clear strategy documents (PRFAQs, one-pagers) that influence organizational priorities. - Own the end-to-end customer experience for Alexa Canada across Echo, FireTV
- additional endpoints, partnering closely with UX designers to co-create experiences that balance delight, usability
- technical feasibility. - Track launches through every step from experience review and packaging approval, to beta testing, leadership presentations

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience owning technology products - Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Do you speak, write
