Business AnalystHr Business Partner

Manages relationships and named strategic client accounts at the highest level to ensure effective service delivery and account/revenue growth, maximising financial and strategic value, align short term needs to longer term business strategies, and satisfy the customer's business needs.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: - Drives engagement and commercial relationships with strategically significant customers, by handling the relationship and selling innovative coordinated solutions. - Involves people from across the business and improves customer value by bundling and / or integrating complicated offerings with key customer requirements. - Develops and completes go-to-market plans for assigned accounts. - Builds, delivers and monitors strategic account plan with the client, global account team and senior management; forecast, track, report key information, performance indicators; increase profitable revenue and market share on a basis internationally. - Builds understanding of customer business and ensures the highest levels of customer happiness, by delivering LSEG’s proposition to clients that that addresses their complicated and broad strategic perspective, that are unique to clients. - Develops and maintains both internal and external relationships with decision makers or potential influencers, including senior level executives. - Introduces senior LSEG representatives to strategically essential accounts at an appropriate time, acting as a motivator to bring LSEG together in service of the client. - Identifies, negotiates and delivers opportunities that benefit both the customers and LSEG, engaging a global network of resources to efficiently meet what clients want, and achieve quality results, regardless of complexity. - May initiate and support opportunities with a long sales cycle (quarters). - Develops, mentors and identifies sales and relationship management talent (where needed).

Qualifications & Experience: - Degree or something equivalent - Extensive experience of global strategic account relationships across multiple sectors / segments - Extensive experience within an industry and / or product area. The anticipated base salary for this position is $188,500 - $314,100. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan.

Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
