  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related fields - 10+ years of HR specialist, HR generalist (e.g., HR Business Partner or HR Partner), HR manager
  • HR program experience - Experience collaborating and influencing multiple teams across multiple organizations - 6+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience - Experience in talent management, organizational network analysis
  • organizational design and development - Experience understanding needs of business and end customers and translating them into right solutions
  • Experience delivering complex, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders - 6+ years of retail, grocery
  • customer-facing experience - Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment - Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units - Experience leveraging AI tools, people analytics platforms
