In this role, you’ll own product performance end-to-end, working across teams to drive validation, yield improvement, and customer satisfaction.
You’ll play a central role in connecting engineering efforts and ensuring our products meet the highest standards
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and manufacturing to develop process conditions and product test programs Identify failure modes and develop targeted tests to improve product validation Act as primary point of contact for assigned products across cross-functional teams Analyze yield data, debug failures
- drive root cause and corrective actions Support datasheet refinement, specifications
- technical documentation Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering Working knowledge of programming concepts with experience in at least one language Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot technical issues Willingness to relocate to Manassas, VA and work on-site Preferred Qualifications: Experience in semiconductor or product engineering roles Familiarity with VLSI concepts and semiconductor device physics Strong collaboration skills with ability to work across multiple teams Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection
