  • Provide timely resolution of hardware and software issues affecting the drone production line
  • Create and maintain Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Work Instructions, and Work Plans to support daily and future production activities
  • Identify areas of improvement to support documentation and processes; create new documentation where gaps exist
  • Identify improvements to existing and new support tools that improve operational efficiencies and drive implementation
  • Lead internal team projects and deliver on defined goals and timelines
  • Participate fully and constructively in team planning, helping develop and refine operational policies and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
  • an equivalent field - Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • experience in development or technical support - Experience reading and writing procedures, technical documents
  • experience in electrical or mechanical engineering - Experience with CAD systems (Dassault CATIA preferred)
  • 2+ years of technical support experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent - Knowledge of aviation safety standards - Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments - Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), such as Delmia Apriso - Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as Infor LN - Familiarity with drone systems, avionics
