- a passion to make a profound impact for our customers. You will leverage your technical and product management skills to lead large, critical projects involving distributed systems, generative AI integration, real-time personalization
- multi-channel orchestration. You will collaborate with diverse business and technical partners—including applied scientists, engineering teams, merchandisers
- marketing stakeholders—to shape our technology and define product strategy. You are a strong product leader who excels at working backwards from the customer to define products, prioritize features
- communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences. You have a strong sense of ownership, passion to provide great customer experiences

- Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows
