The Lead Director, Product Growth Enablement is a cross-functional and highly visible role focused on accelerating product growth by providing dedicated enablement and client-facing support for priority products and initiatives.

Reporting directly into a product owner as an embedded member of the product team, this role will partner closely with sales, account management, sales enablement, clinical, marketing, operations, implementation, finance and legal teams to help translate product strategy into effective market execution.

The role is designed for a strong leader who can work across teams to enable product growth by ensuring cross-functional alignment, and effective execution across product, sales, account management, clinical and delivery. This role will be responsible for ensuring assigned products within the portfolio are clearly positioned, adoption is supported and go-to-market teams are equipped to drive results.

A Brief Overview Delivers strategic product support through the sales process to achieve revenue, customer, membership, and profit earnings growth. Aligns policies and procedures for the Product, Innovation & Delivery team (PID) with organizational goals.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales, marketing, and customer support departments, contributing to the overall success of sales and product initiatives. What you will do Partner with product owner(s) and other key stakeholders to support growth initiatives for priority products within the PID portfolio Lead small team (1-2 direct reports) of junior level product growth enablement roles in pursuit of overall product growth strategy Help identify and support growth opportunities across target segments Lead product launches, pilots, enhancements and adoption initiatives through structured enablement efforts, working across stakeholders to ensure new and evolving offerings are operationally feasible, scalable and launch-ready Provide hands-on support for strategic client engagements and complex deals, including representing the product at finalist meetings and other client forums Partner with product owner(s), sales and marketing to develop client-specific product narratives and value propositions Identify gaps, risks and dependencies early, enabling proactive solutions that protect growth timelines and product credibility Develop and maintain product-specific enablement collateral such as product playbooks, FAQs, pitch decks and use case documentation Partner with Analytics to lead development of case studies and overall integration of metrics and quantifiable outcomes into collateral that enables data-driven storytelling Lead development of product-specific sales training for new products and features, and coordinate with sales enablement team to ensure timely delivery Manage client-facing materials and updates; translate product roadmaps into client-ready messaging and materials Gather and synthesize client and field feedback to inform product improvements Implement organizational policies, goals, and objectives based on best practices in the field and in accordance with accreditation standards, when applicable Develop methodology to evaluate market conditions and adapt business models to meet emerging market needs.

Contribute to top-level decision making of market pricing strategies to optimize sales, member retention, and earnings. Design the allocation of resources, including staffing ratios, to support key performance metrics. Control negotiations with clients in complex financial situations.

Determine improvement opportunities for sales management processes and systems. What success looks like in this role Priority products within the PID portfolio show improved adoption and engagement Sales and account management teams feel better equipped to position and sell products Product launches and enhancements are smoother and more effective Strategic client opportunities receive strong and consistent product support with minimal handoffs Clear feedback loops exist between the market, product and clinical teams to drive stronger product performance and client satisfaction Required Qualifications: 10 + years of relevant experience, preferably within healthcare or PBM 10 + years of experience with execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills 10 + years of experience in business intelligence and growth 10 + years of experience problem solving, influence and decision-making skills 5 + years of experience managing multiple stakeholders (direct or indirect) with collaboration and teamwork with growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills Ability to travel ~25% of time to support finalist meetings and other high-priority meetings Education Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program. Our people fuel our future.
