- Job Title Pre-Sales Technical Specialist, ACI Growth Job Description In this position, you will provide pre-sales technical leadership for the Philips Capsule Medical Device Information (MDI), IntelliBridge Enterprise (IBE), IntelliSpace Critical Care and Anesthesia (ICCA), eCareManager (eCM)
- Clinical Insight Manager (CIM) product lines, supporting growth across India, APAC
- META. Minimum required Education: Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science or a health science
- equivalent. Minimum required Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience working within a commercial capacity in the Healthcare Technology, Healthcare Analytics
- Information Technology area. Your Role: Act as the primary technical expert for ACI products, with a focus on Capsule MDI, in assigned regions during presales engagements and supporting the sales team with any technical support. Own solution architecture design, sizing, assumptions and technical risk identification for opportunities. Actively participate in documentation during the pre-sales process, such as Solution Design Documents (SDD), Solution Architectures
- Statements of Work. Take ownership and provide feedback on pre-sales artifacts, including document repositories, demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) environments and bundles. Maintain knowledge of market trends, healthcare interoperability standards, competitive offerings and industry best practices. Support competitive analysis activities and provide technical differentiation against competitor solutions. Lead technical discovery, architecture workshops, solution walkthroughs, site assessments and demonstrations with customers and partners. Define end-to-end data flows from bedside devices via the Capsule MDIP to third-party solutions, such as CIS and EMR systems. Provide pre-sales expertise across: Capsule MDI platform, including device integrations IBE/Interoperability (HL7, ADT/ORU, downstream systems) IntelliSpace Critical Care and Anesthesia (ICCA) eCare Manager (eCM) Clinical Insights Manager (CIM) While also supporting other products within the ACI portfolio Conduct detailed workflow assessments, device connectivity assessments and technical site surveys to validate solution feasibility and implementation assumptions. Ensure alignment with hospital IT organisations across security, networking, infrastructure and availability requirements. Participate in handover to delivery (HTD) to ensure clarity and solution intent, including assisting implementation and delivery when necessary. Contribute to deal governance, risk reviews
- internal approvals for any sales opportunities. Be the subject matter expert (SME) for Capsule MDI across META and India. Additional responsibilities for providing pre-sales expertise for the IntelliBridge Enterprise and Clinical Insight Manager. Ability and willingness to travel across India, META and APAC markets as required to support customer engagements, workshops and demonstrations. - clinical analytics platforms. You have experience presenting, designing, influencing and advising customers on complex technical solutions throughout the sales lifecycle, from discovery and qualification through solution design, proposal development and technical validation. You have a strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, cybersecurity principles, healthcare interoperability and integration technologies, including HL7, FHIR, APIs, SQL, XML/JSON, ADT/ORM/ORU workflows. You are an effective communicator who can clearly articulate both technical concepts and business value to clinical, technical
- executive stakeholders. You are self-motivated, adaptable and collaborative, with a willingness to learn, embrace new challenges, work across multiple cultures and geographies
