If you are interested in exploring the possibilities We Want to Talk to You! The Difference You Make: The Cash Management Product Manager - Vice President is responsible for the management and execution of Cash Management products across payments, receivables, channels, and liquidity solutions.

This role contributes to defining product strategy and is accountable for delivering product initiatives that drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance the client value proposition. The incumbent owns key elements of the product lifecycle and manages a defined portfolio of initiatives, balancing strategic priorities with execution.

The role also holds responsibility for ensuring products operate within established risk frameworks, policies, and procedures, maintaining strong governance and control standards. Contributes to the definition and execution of product strategy and roadmap, aligned with business objectives and market opportunities Owns the delivery of product initiatives, including prioritization, requirements definition, implementation, and post-launch performance management Manages product performance, including revenue, profitability, client adoption, and utilization, and drives actions to optimize results Identifies and develops new revenue opportunities through product enhancements, pricing strategies, and value-added capabilities Manages and prioritizes the product pipeline, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective execution of key initiatives Establishes and maintains product documentation, including policies and procedures, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance Acts as owner of product-related governance, ensuring adherence to internal policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements Identifies, assesses, and manages product risks, partnering with Risk and Compliance to implement appropriate controls and mitigation strategies Collaborates with Technology, Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and well-controlled product solutions Conducts market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform product positioning and strategic direction Drives continuous improvement of product capabilities based on performance insights, client feedback, and market trends Provides guidance and oversight to junior team members, ensuring high-quality execution and supporting team development What You Bring: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required Qualifications: 6+ years of cash management product development, business development or related experience. - Required. 6+ years of Financial Services industry experience. - Required.

SME in cash management products (payments, receivables & liquidity management) and compliance regulations. Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to manage product performance and profitability Demonstrated ability to manage product lifecycle, including strategy execution and delivery Ability to develop pricing strategies and identify revenue-generating opportunities Strong understanding of product governance, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements Ability to create and maintain product policies and procedures Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment Demonstrates ability to develop business cases and strategic product initiatives Effective communication skills with ability to present to senior management Certifications: CTP or similar treasury certification is a plus.

What Else You Need To Know: The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
