In this role, you will be responsible for implementing peer to peer initiatives, generating and disseminating insights to shape strategy. This Product Director will work across multiple functions and teams, including brand marketing, TLL, field sales, and other internal partners to help execute our key business initiatives for Erleada®.
Position Description: Plans major modifications and improvements to education and training programs that address educational gaps among medical professionals and support the sales team in achieving and exceeding product sales goals and departmental objectives.
Drives educational program innovation by implementing cutting-edge digital technologies and content delivery methods that improve product understanding, enable sales, and enhance the overall medical professional customer experience. Applies advanced knowledge of professional medical education practices to inform the execution and improvement of education plans, training programs, and content delivery methods that support corporate marketing and branding strategies.
Facilitates product sales by coordinating product demonstrations and providing informative technical support at professional medical conferences, organization-sponsored symposia, and healthcare provider seminars. Serves as a subject matter expert in professional education programs and provides valuable insight regarding the sustainability of medical education initiatives, innovative learning systems, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Leads advisory boards, peer to peer activities, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives and proactively disseminates insights to cross-functional teams. Develops best in class key performance indicators that monitor, track, and evaluate the effectiveness of education plan improvements and training program modifications.

Requirements
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
- Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel
