  • We are an early-stage observability platform being built within ixigo, one of India's leading travel tech companies. Starting as an internal tool to solve real AI monitoring problems we face at scale, we are taking it to market as a standalone product.
  • The Role This is our first design hire in B2B Saas team. There is no design system to inherit, no established component library
  • no prior visual language. You will start from a blank slate and define how the product looks, feels
  • behaves. We are building an AI-native Customer Experience (CX) platform that helps companies manage customer service operations, automate workflows
  • enable service teams with intelligent agents. This is not another ticketing system with AI features layered on top. We believe the future of customer experience is agentic, proactive
  • deeply integrated into how service teams work. You will design experiences for multiple personas: Customer support agents Team leads and supervisors Operations managers Administrators and workflow builders Business users responsible for customer operations This role requires someone who understands how complex enterprise software is used in the real world—high information density, multiple workflows, configuration-heavy experiences
  • the need to balance power with simplicity. The design decisions you make in the next six months will shape the foundation of our product for years to come. What We Are Looking For Non-Negotiable Meaningful B2B SaaS product design experience. Experience - 2-3 years You have designed and shipped complex enterprise software, not just simple productivity applications. Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, interaction design, edge cases
  • end-to-end workflows. Experience designing for operational users such as customer support agents, administrators, analysts
  • back-office teams. Ability to handle ambiguity and make informed decisions with incomplete information. Hands-on designer who enjoys building and iterating rapidly. Strongly Preferred Experience as the first or only designer at an early-stage company. Experience with customer service, contact center, CRM, ITSM
  • operational software. Strong opinions on how AI changes enterprise workflows and interaction models. Experience designing AI copilots, conversational interfaces
  • human-in-the-loop systems. Ability to create elegant experiences for highly configurable products. Comfortable working in Figma at startup speed. What This Is Not This is not a role where you inherit a mature design system. You will create one. This is not a role where design hands work over to engineering and moves on. You will stay close to implementation. This is not a marketing or brand design role. Product experience comes first. This is not a role focused on consumer-style interfaces. We are building complex enterprise software that people use for hours every day. This is not a role where AI tooling is optional. You should already be experimenting with AI in both your design process and your thinking about product experiences.
