We are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to drive the effort to provide a world-class Customer shopping experience by improving the quality of selection in our stores. Key job responsibilities *Own and improve the end to end process for improving selection quality *Map out workflows and improve them over time *Work with other team members to apply automation needed to reach Amazon scale *Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations across Business, Operations, Analytics

- maintain communication to guarantee smooth delivery About the team The Core Selling Partner Experience (CSPE) team builds world-class experiences to help Selling Partners across the world bring great selection at low prices for our shopping customers. The Listings team within CSPE is responsible for the tools and services Selling Partners use to do this, as well as the listing policies and guidance put into place to make sure they're successful.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery
- communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Knowledge of general AI tools - Master's degree
- MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting - Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability
