Your Impact The primary purpose of this role is to lead the planning, analysis, optimization, and measurement of SEO initiatives across Lowe's digital properties to improve organic visibility, qualified traffic, customer discovery, and business performance across traditional search engines, AI answer engines, and emerging agentic commerce experiences.
This role serves as a recognized SEO subject matter expert for Lowes.com, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership across ecommerce SEO, local SEO, content strategy, technical SEO, and AI driven search experiences. The Lead Analyst partners with Product, Marketing, Digital Merchandising, UX, Navigation, Site Search, Content, Engineering, and Analytics teams to influence roadmaps, establish SEO best practices, and drive enterprise-level organic growth opportunities.

What You Will Do Analyze organic search performance across traffic, rankings, revenue, search demand, content visibility, customer discovery, and AI-driven search trends to identify opportunities, quantify business impact, and inform enterprise SEO strategies.
Identify, prioritize, and recommend SEO opportunities related to content optimization, structured data, internal linking, local SEO, page experience, search intent alignment, and ecommerce discoverability to increase organic visibility, improve customer discovery, and drive qualified traffic growth.
Lead the development of SEO strategy execution plan, opportunity-sizing frameworks, testing plans, performance measurement approaches, and roadmap recommendations that support enterprise digital growth objectives. Establish SEO priorities and influence cross-functional roadmaps by serving as a trusted advisor to Product, Merchandising, Content, UX, Engineering, and Marketing partners.
Use tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Botify, Profound, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations. Evaluate visibility across AI answer engines, generative search experiences, and emerging discovery channels, including brand presence, content inclusion, citation patterns, answer accuracy, and optimization opportunities.
Lead complex SEO initiatives and experimentation efforts, validating results and translating findings into scalable recommendations and best practices. Define and promote SEO standards, governance, and optimization frameworks to ensure consistent implementation across digital experiences.
Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, competitive activity, and emerging search technologies to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic implications for Lowe's Present insights, recommendations, and performance outcomes to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions related to digital strategy, customer acquisition, and organic growth.
Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced analysts by sharing expertise, best practices, and thought leadership across SEO disciplines. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, digital commerce, data analytics, communications, information systems, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable 7 years of total experience across SEO, digital marketing, ecommerce, web analytics, or related digital business work, including hands-on SEO experience. 3-5 years of experience executing SEO strategies across local SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, content gap analysis, structured data, internal linking, content optimization, and search intent analysis.
Experience using web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Botify, Profound, Screaming Frog, Yext, or other SEO platforms. Familiarity with AI-powered search experiences, generative answer platforms, structured content, entity optimization, and emerging discovery channels.
