Staff Software Engineer

Join the Data Intelligence team at Achievers, where we are building analytics and reporting solutions that help clients unlock meaningful insights, measure program outcomes, and understand the impact of the Achievers platform within their own businesses.

You'll work with modern microservices, cloud technologies, distributed systems, APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration analytics tools while solving complex scalability and reliability challenges. As a Staff Engineer, you'll help shape the technical direction of the platform, lead complex system initiatives, and play a key role in evolving our architecture, engineering practices, and data strategy.
