Applies foundational software engineering and architectural practices to implement assigned tasks and contribute incremental, scalable improvements, occasionally suggesting minor changes to technical systems. Contributes to the implementation of software architecture and engineering approaches on smaller projects within the job area, working to achieve operational targets in own area of responsibility. 2.
Follows established software engineering standards, practices, and governance mechanisms, and begins to suggest minor refinements that improve quality, reliability, or efficiency under guidance from more senior engineers. 3. Collaborates with senior engineers, product partners, and architecture teammates to understand technology approaches for the domain, asking questions, sharing observations, and contributing ideas that inform local planning. 4.
Participates in the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions for well-defined components, delivering work products that fit into broader patterns created by more experienced technical professionals. 5. Troubleshoots and resolves routine technical issues within assigned scope, making minor changes to technical systems and contributing incremental improvements that support business objectives. 6.
Seeks and responds to feedback from more experienced engineers, occasionally sharing knowledge with peers and supporting onboarding or pairing activities as part of building foundational coaching and collaboration skills. 7. Learns about emerging technologies and techniques relevant to the team, experimenting in limited, supervised contexts and proposing small enhancements or prototypes that may be incorporated into features or internal tools. 8.
Supports the execution of team projects and processes under close supervision, taking ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrating innovative thinking within the defined scope, and focusing on selfdevelopment as a foundation for future career progression. 9.
Provides technical and administrative support for the ATM Labs, including inventory maintenance, monitoring and updating machines. 10. Originate, provide editorial and validation of technical documents. Qualifications Required Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts. Preferred Qualifications 1. Coursework or certifications in programming or software development. 2. Exposure to Agile methodologies and team collaboration tools. 3. Interest in learning cloud technologies and modern software practices 4.
Experience with implementation and certification of ATM software solutions.
