- operational excellence across Veza's cloud platform. You will lead a team responsible for building resilient systems, improving developer productivity
- ensuring enterprise-grade availability for our customers. You will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Security
- Customer Success teams to define reliability strategy, influence architecture decisions

Reliability Strategy & Technical Execution Define and execute the SRE strategy for Veza's production infrastructure and services. Establish and drive adoption of Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs)

- Cloud Engineering. 4+ years of experience managing engineering teams. Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure and reliability initiatives. Experience operating highly available, customer-facing SaaS platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Technical Expertise Deep experience with AWS including VPC, EC2, RDS, EKS, IAM, networking
- cloud automation. Experience with Azure and multi-cloud infrastructure, including regulated or air-gapped deployment environments (FedRAMP, IL-4/IL-5 a plus). Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Linux
- Terraform. Experience with multi-tenant Kubernetes architectures, including per-namespace isolation and tenant-level resource management. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps practices. Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices
