Account Executive
  • The Global Media & Entertainment, Advertising and Corporate Development Economics Team is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, growing organization. This is a Seattle based in-office EA role supporting multiple Directors. You will have a proven track record of being able to make decisions quickly and accurately, ultimately driving impactful results for the business. You will also have the ability to understand the needs of their leaders quickly

This role requires five (5) days a week in office. Key job responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Manage complex scheduling
  • Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on overdue items
  • Act as a liaison for direct reports and other S-Team offices
  • Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
  • Contribute to longer term team projects & programs
  • Document writing, editing, and readiness
  • Ensure accurate archiving of departmental data on appropriate sites
  • Manage domestic and international travel as needed
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and able to make decisions without guidance when appropriate

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support
  • 5+ years of Amazon experience - High school or equivalent diploma - Experience with domestic or international travel coordination - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
