- Strategic GTM Execution & Pipeline Acceleration
- Theater Ownership: Lead the development and optimization of highly strategic, comprehensive North American marketing plans designed to build massive pipeline and drive revenue velocity across regions, segments, industries, and specific personas.
- Sales Interlock: Act as a critical, trusted business partner to Field Sales, Inside Sales
- Partnership Team leaders. You will sit in leadership meetings and deliver elite executive presentations at Quarter Business Reviews (QBRs) to shape short- and long-term GTM strategy.
- Outcome-Obsessed Funnel Metrics: Set and communicate unmistakably clear, measurable performance goals. Track lead flow with absolute precision from initial campaign response down to qualified pipeline generation, collaborating deeply with Inside Sales to aggressively optimize conversion metrics.
- Channel, Alliances, & Corporate Scale
- Partner Mobilization: Drive massive partner adoption and total alignment with corporate campaigns, promotions
- tools. Develop sophisticated, joint co-marketing plans, maximize market awareness
- generate net-new opportunities across the partner ecosystem.
- Corporate Megaphone: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional corporate teams - including Digital, Events

- Fiscal Rigor & Data Governance: Manage a comprehensive, roll-up theater budget. Continually analyze the ROI and effectiveness of your marketing mix using Salesforce and Tableau to refine activities for maximum impact. Ensure all corporate compliance, policies
- mandatory training are executed flawlessly and on time.
- Experience You’ll Need to Excel
- 12+ Years of Proven Velocity: A definitive history of career acceleration and growth within relevant Field and Channel Marketing leadership roles, specifically inside a fast-paced, high-growth technology or cybersecurity company.
- Elite Multi-Layered Management: Demonstrated mastery in leading, managing, and inspiring remote, geographically dispersed teams with multi-layered management structures.
- Enterprise & Commercial Expertise: Deep familiarity with modern customer acquisition, expansion, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies spanning Fortune 500, Enterprise, and Commercial segments.
- Analytical Mastery: Strong analytical and data-interpretation skills with a profound understanding of the metrics that move the needle (funnel conversion rates, MQL-to-Opportunity ratios, lead follow-up SLA compliance).
- The Security/IT Buyer Blueprint: A sophisticated understanding of the modern IT and security buyer, with a proven track record of creating compelling events, content
- experiences that capture their attention - both direct and through the channel.
- Elite Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, negotiation, and public speaking skills, with a native ability to build high-trust relationships with executive peers, partners, and customers.

- Technical proficiency and familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Marketing Automation Systems (MAS), and Coupa .

- additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
- US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, Seattle) Pay Range
- $213,700 — $299,400 USD
