To learn more about Stryker’s Peripheral Vascular portfolio click here: https://www.stryker.com/us/en/peripheral-vascular.html What You Will Do Lead the development and execution of project charters, management plans, and detailed Gantt charts Define project scope with stakeholders and create structured work breakdowns to guide execution Monitor project budgets and ensure costs remain within approved limits Develop and maintain quality and risk management plans using industry-standard tools Assign and manage project team resources, clearly defining roles and deliverables Build and execute stakeholder and communication management plans Collaborate on procurement planning and vendor selection Develop and execute the communications management plan for project team and the needs of key stakeholders What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent $102,700 - $171,100 USD Annual Travel Percentage: 10% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
