  • driving HR functional excellence and process improvement for a multi-site super region. This role can sit in Bellevue(Sea94), Arlington (WAS17), PHX (AZA2), Nashville BNA12, EWR/JFK
  • 5+ years of HR generalist, management
  • business partner role experience - Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. - Bachelor's degree - Intermediate+ skills in AI
  • Master's degree or above - Experience using strong customer service, communication
  • experience in guiding, training and mentoring others - Can show strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data - Experience working in fast paced environments
