While HRBPs orchestrate this work, they collaborate extensively with other PXT teams, including: HR Partners, Employee Relations, IXT, Legal, Talent Management, etc. to build and deliver an integrated people plan. The core pillars of the HRBP role are Org Effectiveness, Senior Leader and Leadership Team Effectiveness, Change Agent
- Talent Planning. You will be critical in helping us maintain our peculiar culture as we grow. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support
- driving HR functional excellence and process improvement for a multi-site super region. This role can sit in Bellevue(Sea94), Arlington (WAS17), PHX (AZA2), Nashville BNA12, EWR/JFK
- 5+ years of HR generalist, management
- business partner role experience - Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. - Bachelor's degree - Intermediate+ skills in AI
- Master's degree or above - Experience using strong customer service, communication
- experience in guiding, training and mentoring others - Can show strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data - Experience working in fast paced environments
