Job Summary Previous Comcast experience required The Senior Analyst, Mass Changes delivers large‑scale, automated updates to products, pricing, and customer accounts. The team uses programmatic, system‑driven capabilities to execute complex changes with precision and speed—enabling scalability through controlled execution across thousands to millions of records.

The Senior Analyst supports end-to-end delivery of national billing changes, including rate events, financial adjustments, and billing configurations through proven processes and automations. Translate business priorities into actionable solutions, provide data-driven insights, and proactively recommend optimizations that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and billing accuracy.

Job Description Responsibilities: Execute high-volume system updates (rate changes, transfers, discounts, cycle moves) Partner with business and technology teams to deliver automated billing solutions Validate and support deployments to ensure accuracy and compliance Maintain technical and operational documentation (SOPs, user guides) Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions Test system enhancements and support implementations Escalate risks, defects, and dependencies impacting delivery Ensure compliance with data governance standards (PII/CPNI) Support off-hours releases and high-impact changes Manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and timelines Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
