Dans ce rôle, vous agirez comme premier point de contact pour les employés, les gestionnaires, les anciens employés et les organismes externes ayant besoin d’assistance en ressources humaines. Vous répondrez aux demandes, résoudrez les problèmes, fournirez des conseils sur les politiques et programmes RH et contribuerez à offrir une expérience employé exceptionnelle grâce à un service précis, rapide et empreint d’empathie.

Naviguer dans plusieurs systèmes RH afin d’analyser les situations et de fournir des solutions exactes. Créer une documentation détaillée et précise des dossiers conformément aux processus établis. Faire preuve d’analyse critique et de résolution de problèmes afin de régler les situations avant de les transmettre à un niveau supérieur, lorsque possible.

Acheminer les demandes complexes vers l’équipe RH, le spécialiste ou le centre de services partagés approprié. Fournir du soutien et des conseils aux utilisateurs concernant les technologies RH et les outils libre-service. Effectuer un suivi des dossiers afin d’assurer une résolution complète et une expérience employé positive.

Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue visant à optimiser la prestation des services RH. Compétences et expérience privilégiées Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires, en développement organisationnel ou dans un domaine connexe.

Expérience avec ServiceNow, Workday, ADP, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams et les systèmes de gestion des connaissances. Expérience dans le soutien des processus liés au cycle de vie des employés. Bonne compréhension des politiques, procédures et pratiques en ressources humaines.

Expérience en documentation et en gestion de dossiers dans un système de billetterie ou de gestion de cas. Grande attention aux détails et souci de la qualité. Compétences en résolution de conflits et en gestion des parties prenantes. Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec plusieurs équipes.

Passion pour l’amélioration de l’expérience employé et la prestation d’un service exceptionnel. Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees, people leaders, former employees, and external agencies seeking HR support. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, provide guidance on HR policies and programs, and ensure a positive employee experience through accurate, timely, and empathetic service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced, technology-enabled HR environment. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries via phone and electronic channels.

Respond to questions regarding HR policies, programs, benefits, employee lifecycle events, and HR systems. Resolve employee and manager inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Navigate multiple HR systems to research issues and provide accurate solutions.

Create detailed and accurate case documentation within established processes. Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues before escalating when appropriate. Route complex inquiries to the correct HR team, specialist, or shared service function.

Provide guidance and user support for HR technologies and self-service tools. Follow up on cases to ensure complete resolution and a positive employee experience. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing HR service delivery.

Preferred Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, ADP, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and knowledge management systems.

Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes. Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment-related practices. Experience documenting and managing cases in a ticketing or case management system. Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.

Conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams. Passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience. The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
