Become a part of our caring community The Care Management Support Assistant 2 contributes to administration of care management. Provides non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members.

The Care Management Support Assistant 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments. Reports to the CM Support Manager.

Performs computations. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction.

This role will be responsible for receving and dialing performs 50% inbound/outbound call lines. Typically works on semi-routine assignments Schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience.

Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, typing and computer navigation skills using multiple systems, platforms, and an ability to troubleshoot and resolve general technical difficulties in a remote environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

The ability to manage multiple or competing priorities. Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree. Administrative support experience in a healthcare industry. Knowledge of Medicare Medicaid guidelines. Familiarity with care and well-being resources.

Bilingual English and Creole/Spanish - please review language assessment criteria. Additional Information Workstyle: Remote Work at Home Location: U.S - must be able to work eastern time zone hours Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM -5:00 PM Eastern Time Travel: None Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.

In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
