A Day in the Life Role to support the Sales and Marketing Team with various commercial operations tasks inclusive of spine set SPS creation and management, small and large capital logistics, co-ordination of various functional stakeholders, processes and procedures to drive efficiencies in the ANZ CST business We're excited to introduce a brand-new opportunity for a Senior Business Improvement Analyst based in our Head Office in Sydney.

This role will play a critical part in strengthening the collaboration and support for the Sales and Marketing Team with various commercial operations inclusive of spine set SPS creation and management, small and large capital logistics, co-ordination of various functional stakeholders, processes and procedures to drive efficiencies in the ANZ Cranial & Spinal Technologies business Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).

Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause of problems.

Measures performance against process requirements. Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls. Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. Delivers presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.

Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes. Communicates team progress to stakeholder groups. Performs cost and benefit analyses. Required Knowledge and Experience: Degree plus 4 years relevant experience with medical devices industry Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to influence without direct authority Demonstrated experience driving transformational change through cross functional collaboration Customer focused: Understands and delivers excellent customer service Ability to build credible relationships with all key stakeholders, including specialists and peers Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and adhere to compliance and OHS Valid driver’s license and own transport and willingness to travel as required for work Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.
