Conducts root cause analysis on identified defects to discern underlying issues effectively, collaborating closely with development teams to implement corrective actions promptly and prevent recurrence, thereby enhancing overall software quality and stability. Evaluates and refines testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy

Minimum required Experience: Test Experience: 5+ years in software quality assurance (automated testing) in functional, regression, integration tests using NUnit / MSTest with C# programming and .NET debugging. Proficiency in locating UI elements using built-in IDs and custom XPaths is required. Test Automation Tools & Frameworks: Experience with Playwright with BDD frameworks like SpecFlow / Reqnroll. Familiarity with Selenium is a plus. CI/CD Integration: Experience in integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions . Docker & Kubernetes: Understanding of deployment configurations using Docker and Kubernetes. Good to have: API Testing: Experience with Postman is beneficial Cloud-Based Testing & Deployment: Exposure to AWS is a plus. Performance Testing: Basic understanding of performance testing tools like k6, JMeter. Test Case Design and Documentation: Proven ability to create test cases from requirements/user stories for complex (clinical) workflows How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
