In this role, you will help improve processes and operational efficiency across multiple Client Technical Delivery teams. You will support shared services activities, ensure teams are aligned with business goals, and help streamline the intake and onboarding process for new projects.
Working closely with different teams, you will identify improvement opportunities, enhance productivity, and support smooth project delivery. What will you do: Complete certification tasks by following standard processes, timelines, and quality standards.
Manage assigned certification projects and ensure they are completed on time and accurately. Follow documented procedures to support smooth certification operations. Stay updated on payment industry trends and share relevant insights with the team.
Use certification tools, processes, and knowledge to support client requirements. Identify risks or issues and suggest solutions. Work with internal teams to gather information and meet project goals. Maintain accurate project documents, records, and status updates.
Support testing, documentation updates, project tracking, and other administrative activities. Take on additional tasks as needed to support team and client commitment. Basic Qualifications for Consideration:- High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelor’s degree in business highly preferred High level of competence with MS Excel and other productivity / analysis software Experience with process documentation and creating training plans Preferred Skills, Experience & Education: Experience in project management or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
