- We're seeking a dynamic financial professional for a high-visibility role that influences Amazon's Global Tax Organization through via insights and financial leadership. You'll leverage your analytical expertise to transform financial reporting, challenge traditional processes

Key job responsibilities - Develop comprehensive financial bridges, narratives and strategic documents for executive leadership, covering monthly, quarterly
- annual planning processes - Build collaborative relationships across global teams via strategic financial guidance - Manage multiple time sensitive deliverables across a highly matrixed organization - Partner with senior leadership to develop compelling narratives that influence strategic business decisions and policy development - Drive controllership at scale with AI solutions that innovate on traditional processes - Build sophisticated financial models that enable scenario analysis and develop frameworks that are the basis of recurring reporting for executive stakeholders. - 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience - 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience - 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics
- a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience - MBA
- CPA - Knowledge of SQL/ETL - Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting
