This team defines and executes strategies in support of Cisco’s products, offers, and solutions to drive preference and optimize joint partner success Your Impact: Collaborate across multiple business units to accelerate cloud-native, subscription, and consumption solution adoption, directly influencing Cisco’s future growth.
Shape competitive and customer-driven product offerings through rigorous market analysis, pricing strategy, and business case development. Build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams, aligning vision, goals, and execution to deliver measurable customer value and differentiation.
Identify and capitalize on market “white space” opportunities to continuously evolve Cisco’s portfolio and maintain competitive advantage. Lead roadmap development and cross-architecture integrations to ensure successful delivery of innovative offers that meet defined business metrics.
Influence customer outcomes by translating market trends and challenges into impactful, differentiated solutions that drive Cisco’s strategic objectives. Support ongoing process improvements and knowledge development to adapt to evolving business needs and accelerate Cisco+ mission success.
Key Responsibilities Define and execute product and GTM strategies for hyperscaler-led growth opportunities. Develop route-to-market plans across cloud marketplaces, co-sell, partner sales, direct sales, and channel motions. Partner with product teams to align roadmap priorities with hyperscaler ecosystem opportunities and customer demand.
Build business cases, market sizing, pricing inputs, packaging recommendations, and growth plans. Work with alliances and sales teams to improve partner activation, pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and marketplace conversion. Analyze customer segments, competitive dynamics, partner performance, and revenue trends to identify growth opportunities.
Translate strategic priorities into clear operating plans, KPIs, enablement materials, and executive-ready recommendations. Support cross-functional execution across product launches, marketplace listings, partner campaigns, and field enablement
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, business strategy, GTM strategy, alliances, or related roles.
- Experience with Hyperscaler ecosystems such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Strong experience and knowledge of GTM and RTM motions, including co-sell, marketplace, channel, partner-led sales, and enterprise SaaS/cloud sales models.
- Experience working cross-functionally across product, sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data platforms, AI/ML, or enterprise software.
- Experience with cloud marketplace private offers, transactable listings, partner incentives, and co-sell workflows.
- Experience supporting product launches or partner-led revenue growth initiatives.

- Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan.
- For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows: .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota
- 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%
- 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%
- and Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
- For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target.
- Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
