- Role Overview
- Own outbound shipping, logistics execution, and material movement.
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and on-time delivery of all shipments.
- Manage domestic, international, and internal logistics flows.
- Responsibilities
- Shipping Execution
- Pack, label, and prepare outbound shipments.
- Generate and manage all shipping documentation (BOL, invoices, export docs).
- Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers.
- Logistics & Freight Management
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for domestic and international shipments.
- Optimize shipping methods, costs, and delivery timelines.
- Manage shipment tracking and issue resolution.
- RMAs, RTVs & Internal Transfers
- Process RMAs (returns from customers) and RTVs (returns to vendors) .
- Manage reverse logistics workflows and documentation.
- Execute internal material transfers between sites or functions.
- Packaging & Compliance
- Ensure proper packaging for protection, compliance, and transport requirements.
- Maintain compliance with export regulations (ITAR/EAR).
- Ensure audit-ready shipping records and documentation.
- Metrics & Performance
- Track and improve:
- On-time shipment (%)
- Shipping accuracy
- Damage/return rates
- Drive continuous improvement in logistics execution.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with production, planning, and program teams.
- Ensure alignment with delivery schedules and priorities.
- Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Experience with domestic and international shipping processes.
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and shipping tools.
- Preferred Requirements
- Experience with freight forwarding and export compliance (ITAR/EAR).
- Experience in manufacturing or defense environments.

- Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $38.00/hour
