Position Summary You will be accountable for shaping and delivering communications that reach and engage GSK employees in support of key strategic priorities, working closely with senior leaders and communications colleagues. You will develop communications plans and engaging content to motivate our people and build confidence through organisational change.

You will provide senior-level communications advice and support on messaging, engagement, and managing change. You should be able to work at pace and have strong business understanding, change communications expertise, excellent organisational skills, as well as an ability to influence others.

Responsibilities Develop and deliver strategic communications plans in support of key company priorities and organisational change programmes Create high quality communications materials, including compelling messages, presentations, scripts, Q&As.

Provide strategic advice, guidance and communications insights to senior leaders, helping them communicate with confidence and consistency. Support specific leader-led activities such as townhalls, events or videos. Use data, AI and insights to listen, measure and continually improve impact of our communications.

Why You? This role is hybrid with an expectation to be in the office for regular team and stakeholder meetings. We welcome candidates who bring strong communication skills alongside collaborative, practical approaches. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Relevant internal communications experience supporting a complex, international organization.

Excellent writing and content development skills, storytelling; strong cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt messages for different geographies and audiences. Experience advising leaders on communications. Ability to use judgment in all situations, particularly when handling sensitive or confidential information Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision making.

Experience working on large, cross-functional change programmes. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Familiarity with employee engagement measurement and insight tools. Experience creating video or multimedia content for internal audiences.
