Position Summary This role sits on the business product team supporting a set of applications critical to pricing operations and a broader underwriting transformation aimed at improving enterprise profitability. As a Sr. Analyst, you will help design, develop
  • enhance foundational data forecasting tools that support PBM pricing and underwriting. You will build a deep understanding of business processes and requirements to ensure analytical needs are accurately translated for technical partners. Responsibilities include supporting business validation testing, performing data integrity checks (using such tools as Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, Excel, Salesforce reporting
  • assisting with live pricing support and ad-hoc analysis. The teams’ approach is heavily shifting toward a data overwatch position identifying trend shifts and key changes in the data that the business relies on to properly underwrite client deals. This role uniquely blends business and technical expertise. You will collaborate closely with product owners, business owners, IT partners
  • leadership to drive execution of the product vision through clear prioritization and a strong value proposition for underwriting. You will also support end users, business

  • training on fully tested solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and support quality assurance (QA) efforts to minimize production defects
  • Translate business needs into clear analytical requirements for technical teams utilizing the JIRA platform
  • Develop working knowledge of coding (SQL, SAS, Python) to support testing and ad hoc analysis
  • Guide users to existing tools and insights; identify opportunities for new solutions
  • Design controls and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and governance Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in PBM or healthcare
  • 1+ years of analytical experience (Excel, Tableau)
  • 1+ year of coding experience (SQL, SAS, or Python) Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with IT teams in agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated curiosity and drive to understand business processes
  • Ability to prioritize work and communicate clearly and logically
  • Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams in complex organizations
  • Innovative mindset with ability to challenge existing approaches
  • Results-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, economics, or related field Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
