As a Journeyman-level professional, you will focus on the execution of established processes and the independent completion of complex assignments under general supervision. This position requires a skilled analyst who can perform data collection, define methodologies, analyze organizational workflows, and identify process improvements to support critical national security missions.

Responsibilities
- Perform data collection and gather/organize information on operational problems or procedures Define methodologies for data collection efforts supporting program analysis Analyze data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in local workflows Support the development and delivery of progress, status
- management reports Assist in the preparation of Technical Direction Management Plans (TDMPs) Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to improve operational efficiency Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently Support program management activities including cost, schedule
- performance tracking Assist in quality assurance/quality control program implementation Support quarterly program reviews and action item tracking Maintain accurate documentation and records in support of contract deliverables Participate in meetings and provide technical input to support decision-making Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business
- a related field 3 years of experience 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Active Secret clearance Desired: Experience with Army or DoD modeling and simulation programs Familiarity Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Experience supporting C5ISR or DEVCOM programs Knowledge of Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) environments Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Experience with Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR) requirements - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
